These paintings are ‘worlds’ that come from the subconscious. They start a relation with the beings, the objects, the environment, the nature, without forcing them, but joining them all together. The color symbolism plays an important role in these works. I get inspiration from the world of dreams, the mysterious and the sexual. Juxtapositions of recognizable images, transformations, elements of the subconscious can relate my motives with the absurd as surreal practice. By providing only enough information for the viewer to construct their own meaning, my paintings makes the viewer an active participant.
